Xi’an day three

Had a really good experience in the muslim quarter eating street food and savouring the whole kaleidoscope of sensory inputs.
Then after a late start we went to get our train tickets to Chengdu tonight. That was an amazing experience no English signage or English speaking staff, but why should there be? We survived.
Went to see the Wild Goose Pagoda but unfortunately this was being renovated still it has a lovely park area. Had a lunch of one of the Xian specialities Biang Biang Mien – very big noodles. It was delicious and so cheap RMB50 (£4) for the two of us!
Beer at the hostel then off to catch the train.
